Dr David Pettitt
Dr David Pettitt

Managing Partner

Dr David Pettitt is a UK-trained doctor with specialist interests in dermatology and minor surgery, and a background spanning global health education, biotech commercialisation, and academic research. David holds a PhD (DPhil) from the University of Oxford, where his award-winning research focused on the commercialisation of CAR-T and stem cell technologies. He held fellowships with the SENS Research Foundation and served as the Sir David Cooksey Fellow in Digital Health, advising initiatives at the CASMI Translational Stem Cell Consortium and IP Asset Ventures. Clinically, he trained in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery before specialising in General Practice via an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship. He remains active in clinical practice, with a focus on minor surgical procedures, dermatology, and evidence-based primary care. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed papers, received more than 25 academic awards, and presented widely at international conferences. He has taught at both Imperial College London and the University of Oxford, and serves as a trusted advisor in the healthcare, education, and technology sectors.

Dr James Cetkovski
Dr James Cetkovski

Managing Partner

Dr James Cetkovski was appointed as a Lecturer in English at St Peter’s College, and Supernumerary Research and Teaching Fellow at the Rothermere American Institute, at the University of Oxford. He holds a doctorate in English from the University of Oxford, where he researches twentieth century literature from a sociological perspective. James was elected to Phi Beta Kappa after graduating with highest honours with a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College in the United States. He earned a master’s degree with distinction from Oxford prior to beginning his DPhil (PhD) work. He has served in both Program Director and Academic Director roles and has worked as an educational consultant in Hong Kong. In his spare time James plays squash, in which he has represented his county as well as the University of Oxford in two Varsity Matches against Cambridge.

Dr Lin Li
Dr Lin Li

Managing Partner

Dr Lin Li has had more than ten years of experience teaching English and English Literature in both Singapore and in the UK. As a teaching assistant at the National University of Singapore, she was awarded the highest honours accolade for graduate tutors in recognition of her outstanding contribution to curriculum planning and classroom teaching. In 2015, she received the Tan Kah Kee Postgraduate Scholarship (Singapore), which is awarded to ten scholars in recognition of their excellence in academic research and contribution to the community. She graduated with a PhD in English from the University of Cambridge in 2017 without corrections for her research on residual figuration in theatre and visual art. She has extensive experience creating and delivering SAT preparatory content across a number of institutional contexts, and has worked as an application consultant for Chinese students aspiring to study at elite UK university. She performs the piano regularly and holds a Licentiate in Piano Performance from ABRSM.

Dr Chloe Walker
Dr Chloe Walker

Curriculum Coordinator

Dr Chloe Walker completed her DPhil in Education at Oxford University. Chloe read for a BA in Literary Studies and African Studies at the University of Toronto and later did an MPhil in Linguistics at the University of the West Indies. She also read for an MSc in African Studies at Oxford University where she received the Terence Ranger Prize for Outstanding Dissertation performance in 2015 for her work on educational public-private partnerships in Uganda. Chloe has received several scholarships and awards in her academic career, including; The Barbados Government Scholarship, The University of the West Indies Graduate Scholarship and the Rhodes Scholarship. Professionally, she has worked as a teacher and tutor at several institutions across Barbados, the UK, and Canada, and has also worked on the pastoral and administrative teams of many international summer programs.

Victoria Ingram
Victoria Ingram

Welfare Director

Victoria Ingram graduated from Kings College London in 2009 with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy, and the King’s myScholarship Award for the highest performing graduate in her year. Vicki has since worked for leading teaching hospitals in central London, worked as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for the British Civil Service and recently completed her MPH at the University of Birmingham’s School of Public Health Medicine. She regularly teaches and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students, and has experience leading a team with responsibilities including welfare, management and program co-ordination. Alongside work she enjoys playing badminton, having represented England internationally.

Dr Owen Ingram
Dr Owen Ingram

Medical Education Director

Dr Owen Ingram is a consultant medical doctor in the UK and holds degrees from both the University of Cambridge and University College London medical schools. He is also a full member of the Royal College of Physicians, England. He has considerable experience teaching medical students and junior doctors, including the King’s College PACES revision course (for which he was the recipient of the London trainees award) and the Teaching TIPS for Foundation Doctors Course held at UCL Medical School. He has been the recipient of numerous accolades and prizes including the William Harvey Hospital: Teacher of the Year, King’s College London: Teaching Certificate of Achievement, London Trainees Award, Proxime Accessit to the Gold Medal, Atchison Prize, Belasco, Hobbiger and Lyell Prizes and multiple prizes from Pembroke College.

Leadership Development Director

Mr Stephen Pettitt holds a degree in Law and is an IT industry Executive with substantial expertise spanning management, leadership and technology, alongside numerous technical qualifications and certifications from vendors including Microsoft and Dell. He serves as part of the British Army Reserves and has undertaken the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Leadership Development Program. He currently acts as a Training Officer in the Combined Cadet Force at the rank of Lieutenant.

dr zeeshaan arshad

Director of Oxmedica Tuition

Dr Zeeshaan Arshad BSc (Hons) MA (Cantab) MB BChir (Cantab) graduated with a distinction in medicine from the University of Cambridge. He has won over 20 national and international academic prizes. He has worked at numerous institutions around the world including the University of Oxford and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre through which he has published over 15 academic papers in leading journals including Nature. He has taught numerous programs as a tutor for Oxmedica and is Director of Oxmedica Tuition and remote learning.
